What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: website analytics, ad measurement, and the details you send us through a form. We never sell your data.
1. Who we are
Loud Launch Digital ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta. This policy covers loudlaunchdigital.com and the forms on it.
2. What we collect
Things you send us. When you fill in our contact or booking form, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number if you give it, business name, the services you are interested in, and your message.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site. It records things like the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device and browser type, how you found us, and your approximate location (city level). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Ad measurement. We may use Google Ads. Its cookies tell us whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to contact us, and they can be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site before.
That's it. We don't run a newsletter, we don't take payments on this website, and we don't collect anything else about you.
3. How we use it

We never sell or rent your information. Period.
4. Cookies and how to opt out
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and control ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center. The site works fine with cookies turned off.
5. Who else handles it
Google processes analytics and ad data for us. Messages from our forms are delivered and stored by our website host and email provider. These companies may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is protected by their own security measures and policies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to reply, deliver a project and keep basic business records. Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Just get in touch through our contact page and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, like secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No method is 100% foolproof, so we keep our practices up to date.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
